Hard to say. For me looks more like Muscicapa striata.

Hello,

Mati was so busy and it is a pity for this beautiful nest.

Mati was also here in the morning, shifting a stick, enjoying the morning sun

Currently cam is offline - stream not found.

Last pontu pic came in at 14:51
http://193.40.124.24/2017-kalakotkas/20 ... -14-51.JPG

Hopefully the storm didn´t damage anything in the system ....

The last few seconds before cam went offline - storm was freshing up again and I think I can hear a branch or so beating against camera body ...

 Bea, that is it good! I hope that it's not a serious problem and can be fixed. Imagine if we were expecting chicks and then the camera broke! Ugh!

Good morning friends.
Everyday I look for the nest of Mati but the webcam is still dead. Stream not found: Kalakotkas.
It seems to me that they will not fix the camera because the Osprey Nest is seldom visited by Mati. No companion, no eggs. Probably we have to wait till next year

:hi: We can only hope that LF will not forget the way to the nest. Moreover, the Mati gave her good fish.

Yep, I was already curious who will be the first who discovers that the cam is back

Urmas was there in the morning and fixed it, a rotten spruce near the nest tree fell in the storm and broke cable end of cam in system center.

He was already there some days before to check, but had no spare parts for replacement with him.

Both times he was at nest site he could see no osprey, but had no time to observe vicinity for longer, only area close around the nest tree and system center.

At the moment there are no current recordings in pontu archives and I don´t know whether they will be continued, as the nest is not inhabited.

Thank you, Urmas!
