i think that the strange voices were probably pygmy owl's voices, too (but i'm not sure of course).
7:32 blackbirds started talking more.
7:39 men's voices. the Sun wasn't up yet.

8:18 swans are singing near the nest
8:26 the squirrel visit the nest

It hangs upside down on a branch like a sloth :laugh:

8:26 the squirrel visited.


8:49 a woodpecker was calling near in the "normal" woodpecker voice.

8:52 a woodpecker (? Liz thinks it was a kestrel but it sounded the same as a lesser spotted woodpecker like on Sunday)


8:56 mute swans flew by. their wings were singing. :D


9:01 whooper swans were singing.
9:01:10 the kestrel-woodpecker again.

9:09 -> a great tit was rummaging downstairs... he also came up to the nest. then back downstairs. he made a lot of noise there.

Dogs are barking.. Milda flew away Raimis is looking for the dogs

Sonchik, nice picture of the squirrel on the top branch! it gives size comparison with the birds who have posed there. :2thumbsup:

i turned my back and the eagles came home. this magic works. :2thumbsup:
both came empty-handed.
