Thank you Hagnat. It was a larger bird (wader), maybe some 'Tringa'. I never heard it before in the Dutch wetlands. Which doesn't mean I know all about this habitat but the common birds I usually recognise.

Or a Grey Plover, is that possible?

Grey plover and Common greenshank can be heard often but I don't call that song.
