I'm soooo happy to see/read so many squirrels visited you on the feeder. Baby face is such a cute one. And I like the pics when the squirrels are drinking water and hold their little paws on the glass :loveshower: .

..Twenty red squirrels have been flown over to Tresco on the Isles of Scilly to boost a breeding experiment.
That's a great work, good luck for the squirrels!

Beautiful view, and wonderful autumn colours! And a very nice choice for the music!

And somewhere there is sleeping this young dark red squirrel boy:

The pictures are from a video to come, of the 2nd October.

It's darkest one I've ever seen. Interesting to see if he can be recognized when his fur is gray - ??

Thanks, Luz411! Yes, they have taken my heart!

As a beforehand news (there are lots of pictures and videos waiting to be submitted. From 1st to 7th October) I am happy to tell that Paula is there. I was worried not to have seen her for two weeks.
:loveshower:
She seems to prefer to come to eat early in the mornings! Here she is at 7:55:

At 9:00:

Her body and stomach seem to have become normal slim again.
I can only guess how many puppies she has delivered in last spring and in this summer.
She is the Red Squirrel Mother nr 1, the mother of many squirrels here on Squirrel hill! I think she is doing well.

I'm already in love with them too. And I find it very very nice that you have gotten your own Topic for them.
And here a story of the rescue of a (reddish) squirrel by boat in Hamburg.

Great to hear and see Paula is well and back again. She looks now really thiner than in summer. Hopefully her puppies are well too.

Olga's squirrels are famous. They are hanging at my work (and not only at my desk) and I know one more place ...

I took several screenhots of him be cause he is so are and special (for me at least :D ). Baby face may disappear for weeks! It has happened that believed that he has moved elsewhere permanently.
